Site inspection and safety first. Before any fitting, we perform a full survey: chimney condition, liner suitability, flue draught, hearth adequacy and ventilation. If your property sits in a Smoke Control Area we’ll advise on DEFRA‑exempt stoves and approved fuels. For airtight, modern builds we recommend room‑sealed appliances with a dedicated external air kit so internal ventilation isn’t compromised.
Chimney liners, twin‑wall flues and bespoke routing. We fit stainless steel chimney liners to relining standards, install twin‑wall external flues where a chimney isn’t usable and adapt flue routes to meet Building Regulations and HETAS guidance. After installation you receive commissioning checks, a written checklist and any required compliance certificates.
